The Quran has been transmitted through a number of authentic readings, known as the Qiraat, each traced back through a chain of reciters to the Prophet, peace be upon him. Studying them opens a deeper appreciation of how the Quran was preserved and recited.

Our Quran Qirat Classes introduce these readings in an organised way, beginning with the narration you already recite and moving gradually to others.

Who Is This Course For?

These classes are for students who already recite well with Tajweed in one narration, usually Hafs from Asim. They are especially useful for huffaz, Quran teachers and students of knowledge who want to widen their recitation.

How the Classes Work

You study one narration at a time. The tutor explains its principles, then listens as you apply them to selected passages. The pace is set by your accuracy, not by a fixed timetable, so each rule is secure before the next is introduced.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have memorised the whole Quran?
It is not a condition for starting, but strong recitation with Tajweed is. Memorisation helps a great deal at later stages.

Which narration should I begin with?
Most students begin with the one closest to what they already know. Your tutor will advise you after the trial class.

Can this lead to Ijazah?
Yes. Students who wish to be certified can continue into our Quran Qirat Ijazah program.
